Okay so for the past year or so I have been searching up and down for a really really bright hair color line that I can use on myself and my clients as well. I have tried Paul Mitchell's ink works, Chi's demi permanent color, Vero color, Pravana, Manic Panic and they were not the kind of color I was looking for and a lot of them washed out within 2 or 3 washes. I finally found special effects and was sooo impressed by the variety of colors they have! So I decided to try them out and ordered a couple of colors. After I tried it on myself and a few clients and I fell in LOVE with them! They usually last about 2-5 weeks and by far the most vibrant color I have used! I highly doubt there is a more vibrant color line out there than Special Effects. Here's a few photos after I used the color....
